SALES MANAGER – CORPORATE ACCOUNTS
Your Role & Responsibilities
Provide support to the field sales team, be a point of reference for colleagues and customers by keeping schedules and providing feedback, documentation and information
Achieve growth, new client acquisition, existing client retention and hit sales targets by through effective team management
Design and implement a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base
Recruit, set clear goals and objectives, and groom sales team into high performing individuals
Conduct market analysis and uncovers market opportunity, build strong client relationship and third party collaborations
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
Grow and building a healthy pipeline of the accounts for the local market
Present sales, revenue, and realistic forecasts to the management team
Gain an excellent overview of our solution portfolio, latest industry trends, and competition
Manage and review sales Quotations, sales proposals, sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
What We are Looking For
An A-player, seasoned sales professional looking to develop a career in a high growth environment, preferably with a solid track record in sales, client relations or business development in IT solutions/System integrator industry
Excellent communicator with great listening skills—with the ability to identify pain points, solution areas to clients, maintaining a proactive and creative approach to address client needs
Able to present products and ideas with ease, confidence and persistence
Dynamic, highly motivated and positive self-starter, who is hungry to win, always looking to push his/her own limits
Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
At least 8 years professional experience in sales, client relations or business development in IT solutions/System integrator industry.
Able and enjoys traveling places
With strong work ethic and are eager to learn and make new sales with customers, including add-on services
