Your Role & Responsibilities
Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
Develop trusted advisor relationships with corporate accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
Maintaining a healthy sales pipeline monthly to achieve sales targets
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
Forecast and track corporate account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
Prepare reports on account status
Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
What We’re Looking For
A go-getter, sales professional looking to develop a career in a high growth environment, with more than 5 years professional experience in sales, client relations or business development in IT solutions/System integrator industry.
Focused on selling to Retail, Manufacturing, Real-estate & property, BPO or BFSI domain
With great listening skills, being able to quickly identify client pain points.
With positive attitude and ability get things done.
Proactive and creative approaches to attend clients’ needs.
Able to present products and ideas with ease, confidence and persistence.
With excellent communication skills
Highly motivated self-starter, who is hungry to win, always looking to push your own limits.
Graduate of any 4-year business related course
5 years professional experience in sales, client relations or business development in IT solutions/System integrator industry.
Able and enjoys traveling places
With strong work ethic and are eager to learn and make new sales with customers, including add-on services
